I love my first box! It arrived Saturday and I didn't open it until Sunday (Easter) and I sure was glad because it was a cute Easter bowl. So I put my potato salad in it for Easter dinner at my son's house. The little spatula/scrapers were so cute to! Also the Mother's day note and necklace were very sweet! Thank you so much! I received the box and it was just ok. I was hoping for more seasonal items instead of everyday items. The wine glasses were broken. I emailed as soon as I received and received no response. I tried canceling and another month was just billed.
We are sorry about your experience. Seasonal items were not noted on your survey, holiday items were noted, and the of July items would've been included in your next box. Regarding the broken glasses, our boxes are packaged carefully packaged with paper and bubblewrap labeled with at least 2 to 3 "fragile stickers". Once in route, we have no idea how the courier handles items. Rest assured as soon as your email was received we responded.
