I got my 1st box today and am mostly happy. I only got 2 items though, is that normal? I got a great pot with a lid, am very happy with it. The only thing I would change is I'd rather have something else than the brushes I got. I won't use them.

We love hearing that our valued subscribers are happy with their boxes :) The plan you subscribed to which is the Silver offers 2 products which should be exclusively pieces such as mugs, paper cup sets, pen sets, calendars, makeup pouches, stationery, beauty and accessories. But we figured it would be more value if we included options such as small kitchen items to provide more versatility. Cheers!!!
I was surprised about how much I actually loved getting all my goodies. My sister-in-law was with me when I opened and she was so excited that she got her own!
Update: I have received my second box and I am still over the moon about the selection. I love the very useful and adorable items that I received. I highly recommend this one. 🥰🥰🥰

I received the box and it was just ok. I was hoping for more seasonal items instead of everyday items. The wine glasses were broken. I emailed as soon as I received and received no response. I tried canceling and another month was just billed.
We are sorry about your experience. Seasonal items were not noted on your survey, holiday items were noted, and the of July items would've been included in your next box. Regarding the broken glasses, our boxes are packaged carefully packaged with paper and bubblewrap labeled with at least 2 to 3 "fragile stickers". Once in route, we have no idea how the courier handles items. Rest assured as soon as your email was received we responded. This is one of our newest boxes! Example of box sent to one of our valued customers. This box contained fun and useful items for the entire family- Mugs for mom and dad, a picture frame, a pen set, a candle, a car freshener, plastic lid bowls, paper plates, towels, a clock, dog squeakers, a grocery pad, a welcome mat, and wall decorum. This particular box is for illustrative purposes showing you the array of items you might receive. Though this box has 14 items please keep in mind our boxes at the moment only contain up to 5 items.
