Following boxes ship on the 5th of the month,
Renews monthly on the 11th
Order between the 1st-10th to have your crate shipped by the 14th. If you place your order after the 11th of the month, your crate will be shipped on the 5th of the following month. Subsequent boxes ship on the 5th.
Only ships within United States.

Absolutely there is a way. All you would need to do is call ClubTac HQ at 855-258-2822 and we would be more than happy to assist. Also for any other gear you LOVE and would like to get another, all you would have to do is go to our ClubTac bunker website. the worst box i have ever purchased spending 70 to get a copy of the constitution. customer service wants to never give you your money back even though you sent the items back. If i could meet in person with them i would.
Have to admit, I wasn’t overly impressed with the first box. Yeah it had some good items, yet it had some not so good items. Kind of felt cheated a little, but I figured because a hurricane blew through the area they’re located, I’d hang in to see what next month would bring. November came in, and was on its way out, and no box. Decided to call customer service to see what’s up. Come to find out they had been waiting for a product for Novembers box, and Club Tac just shipped my box out the day before. Was told that this box was epic in nature, and I would NOT be disappointed. What a long three days waiting for today for delivery of my box. Ok I see UPS back in my driveway, and I start jumping around my living room while the driver walks up with a large box in hand. With box, and my favorite knife in hand I cut the box open, and my eagerness on edge I open the flaps……..It’s a F_€£!ng FLAMETHROWER!!!! Cannot wait to see what Decembers box will bring. Hope they can keep pace with this once in a lifetime box.
Started fairly well. Moved up to premium. Enjoyed it up until Oct 22. Crates for Oct/Nov 22 were underwhelming and the first time I feel like you did not get your value. Dec 22 was a flamethrower. Cool, but not practical. Not the sort of thing i would buy. Jan 23 crate was extremely underwhelming. Lots repeats of low value items. Cancelled.
Not worth the money waiting four weeks for garbage.

I was a little disappointed in the first box but 5 more are coming. So I’m hopeful it might improve.
Still haven't enjoyed anything. 1st package went to old address and 2nd one I never received at all. So I've spend hundreds of dollars and not been able to enjoy anything I bought. Theres been no tracking or delivery notice so idk if they're being delivered and stolen or just spent to wrong place. But I'll never buy from you all again

Overall experience was pretty negative. As far as shipping goes, if you are not an iphone user, there is no convenient way to track shipping aside from contacting the supplier directly. In terms of what came, the value of the items received were about a third or less of what was paid. I will give that there was some thought put into the items sent, but at the end of the day you are paying for packaging. I novel idea but not worth the money.
Okay so I had such high hopes for this crate. I ordered it as a gift for a prepper I had no clue what to buy. Bought the most expensive option (only one single box) for a total of about $220. The description says usual msrp for this option is 300 to 400 bucks. However, what I got was about 50 bucks worth of product. I mean they put 2 beef jerky sticks in as one of the high dollar products and a 5 dollar copy of the constitution as another...I got a cheap one time use grill and a keychain ad well as a 10 dollar flashlight. Truly I'm embarrassed to be giving this as a gift. I bought a few other crate joy boxes and was beyond happy with the products but clubtact basically ripped me off. Save your money it just isn't worth what they will send you.
