Thanks for your interest in Club Rapunzel, at this time there is no monthly payment plan. You may choose to pay quarterly, semi-annually or annually. One box every 3 months with products, weekly wellness tasks, nutrition/styling tips based on your goals, instructional email/videos, and community support. Higher discounts are on the 6 and 12 month commitments.
Q: How do you cancel and when do you need to cancel to not get charged?Asked by Denise H., November 2020
The ONLY way to end your membership by logging into your account on clubrapunzel's website and click cancel or postpone your renewal date. To avoid charges do this before your renewal date which is displayed when you log in. You can not cancel by email and there are no refunds if you forget to cancel.
Go on the website and log in, don't come to this page looking to cancel, and don't email Monique cuz it's written on all her emails to not email her to cancel.

Your quarterly box was sent in June. You canceled your membership in June. Your emails were answered. You can always contact directly on the clubrapunzel website instead of through cratejoy for a faster response.

I loved this product but have allergies to Wheat. I contacted them with tears because I had to cancel. Monique is working with me on finding products that I can use on my seriously sensitive skin.
All of the items worked wonders on my hair but my skin started breaking out within the first week. I took a closer look at the ingredients and found wheat protein... and then cried. I noticed fantastic results with my hair after the first wash. I highly recommend these products especially if you have dry curly hair that likes to frizz out. My frizzy hair started to turn into ringlets instead of a mass cloud around my head. LOVE THIS PRODUCT!
