Received my first CoachCrate a few days ago. I found this box at the perfect time. As we are staying safe at home, it's a good time to "learn". The theme for April is simplify. I love the workbook and the book guide which helps me learn in a deeper level. There's also weekly coaching videos available. I look forward to learn about different topics in the coming months.
I had no idea what the theme would be this month, and somehow it's the one that I needed the most! The book is The Minimilist Way by Erica Layne. Comes with some other nice things to help do the book, workbook and guide.
My only minor gripe was taking the contents out of the box with those nice shreds of paper was messy. If only I had someone with a pet bird or rodent who could use those shreds.
Coachcrate is an amazing monthly self care box. I am.learning so much and feeling better every day.

As usual, I love these boxes. This month I am working on Happiness which is the perfect topic! It is like Christmas each month when the box arrives and is filled with all sorts of items directed at the topic. Cannot say enough good things about this subscription!!
These boxes are amazing. It is like receiving a special gift from your best friend every month. The boxes love on you with nurturing gifts and the book choices are amazing! I finish each book every month and am so impressed with the gifts and books. I get excited for my surprise box every month and appreciate the motivation to actually finish books and love on myself with all the goodies. Highly recommend!!

My first box was just this month and it is the "Habit" box. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE it!! There are so many good goodies inside, and the book that they sent is sooo good!! Such a fun thing to do for every month!!

This November, as we head into the holiday season, we work on grounding ourselves and strengthening our relationships using vulnerability. We'll challenge ourselves to live big and bold through honesty and openness as we practice using vulnerability in our daily lives, build up our tribe, and learn how to take care of ourselves when vulnerability gets tricky.
Our October Box focused on increasing the self-love we have for our own bodies and physical appearance. The coaching focused on incorporating positive language, touch, and actions into our daily life. We also looked at how social media impacts us as well as spent a little time detoxing from our judgement of others!
