I had sent a message about a month or so ago, regarding not receiving stones on a monthly basis. I have only received 2 items since my sign up, and I signed up back in November. I also , noticed I’m not the only one who’s having this problem. I did not agree on giving my money away to strangers. It’s very disappointing to see someone profit off all of us. So I guess, it’s correct to say that they are stealing from us, and because I’m sure they are aware of this, and have not done anything to correct this, then this becomes a SCAM! They need to issue a refund to all those who have not received anything and start sending monthly stones,which is what we agreed on.
I spent almost $130 dollars for a three month plan. The first month I received nothing. The second month I have received nothing. I'm not sticking around for the third and a new $130 charge for absolutely nothing. I don't know why this is still allowed on the marketplace but it absolutely shouldn't be.
I was able to talk to a representative right away with questions I had about my shipment and also the gems, the staff was very friendly and helpful, I can't wait to have my 12 month collection!!.
I believed the vendor when he gave me excuses for why my first shipment was late. I believed him again in December when he said it was due to the holidays and "gift giving." I have no shipment in January although the subscription renewed 1/11, I've sent the vendor a total of four emails...two via Cratejoy and two via Yahoo. No response. Crickets. He has my money from January but I have no product. I was fooled once, twice, and now a third time. Boy was I stupid. Caveat Emptor.
I was given a 3 month gift subscription. First month arrived, tho not as described. I have not received the second month. Money taken and subscription not fulfilled. Rip-off.
I was charged for two months (it's about 45 after shipping costs) and hadn't recieved any boxes. I contacted the seller, and with no response I went to cratejoy to have them contact the seller as well and never heard a word.
Luckily cratejoy support staff handled my cancellation for me and had quick response time remedying my issues with this seller.
