It says I have received 2 shipments and I have not even received the first shipment. This was a Christmas present for my son and it is nearly the end of January and nothing received. I am so disappointed with this service, I would not recommend them to anyone

Thanks for the review. Since you've posted, we've moved our operations back to Glasgow and hired a full-time customer service agent. It means hopefully situations where you don't get a response you won't immediately think we're fraudsters!
