You are billed immediately for your first subscription. Renewals are billed at the end of the month beginning in November 2020.

The first subscription box will go out the week of November 12-16, 2020. Following boxes will go out between the 12th and 16th of each month.

The last day to subscribe to our first box, the Advent box, is October 13, 2020. The 13th of the month is always the deadline to sign up to get the following month's box.

So I ordered this on December 1st, it was to have been a Christmas gift. Today is January 18th. No sign of the crate. I would not order anything from you folks again.

Hi David - I'm so sorry you are frustrated. You signed up on December 1 which was after the cutoff to receive the December box which was sent out in early December. So you were on deck for the January box which was shipped out on January 4th as scheduled. Since your box is coming to Canada, it often takes a few weeks to get there due to customs. Once again, I am so sorry you are frustrated. If the box doesn't arrive, please do message me and I will be happy to replace it.
