Ordered 9/23. I'm told it ships 3-10 of October. Billed again October 11 for November's. Just logged in to see October's is still saying preparing for shipment. I'm hoping the contents are worth this because so far I'm not impressed with the company itself.
I hope others may see this response. We have been hit very very hard by Hurricane Michael. We have trees down on our homes, no power, no internet, no anything to be able to send updates. All we have is our email running that can operate off of minimal cell phone data. We are hoping to at least have power by Monday October 15th and be able to ship out. We are trying our best to update via Instagram and Facebook but cell service is also spotty. We are so so sorry about the shipping delays everyone. Please feel free to email us at email@example.com and it will come directly to my phone. I apologize again for the inconvenience. Please pray for all in Southwest GA and the Florida Panhandle. Our communities were not prepared for a storm of this magnitude and it's taking time to recover.

Really enjoyed my box this month. It was CHOCK-FULL of goodies - books, journal, framed print, necklace, as well as a few other items. Definitely worth it! Customer Service is also fabulous. I had a question about my shipment and Lacey was right on top of it. Courage Crate is Great!
