Q: Has anyone else had trouble with their candle not burning evenly? After using mine a few times now I'm left with an unusable tunnel of wax around the edge of the tin. So disappointing.Asked by Arlene G., January 2020

We're so sorry this happened! A couple of things can cause candle tunneling, but it can be fixed!
The most common cause of candle tunneling is a too short or too cool burn on your first lighting. Sometimes things as simple as weather can cause this -- if it's too cold in the atmosphere around the candle, the wax can't get hot enough to form a full pool. I love the Cowboy and Cricket wax melts! Not only is the selection amazing and long lasting.
