I apologize that you did not receive our responses! CrateJoy's messaging system has been messed up and our responses have not been forwarded as they were supposed to be. (The messages we receive do not have your email address, just a CrateJoy forwarding address). We just discovered this in the past week when a customer contacted us through another channel.
As I'm sure you know by now, your package was delivered on November 16th.
As for Leilani's comment, she contacted us at 9:38pm one night. In the literal ten minutes it took me to look into her situation and answer her, she posted all these "answers" to threads. Twenty minutes later, when I checked, CrateJoy had forwarded my message back to me instead of her,...
They lie, anyway. They advertised candle making for December, and I just received basket weaving, which a lot of people have complained about. I can't express how disappointed and upset I am. It shipped late, too. Don't waste your time or money. I recommend you cancel your subscription. Bad product and bad customer service.

I think this product deserves a higher rating. There is nothing quite like it. I loved the origami crate, which came with lots of high quality paper and tools that kept me busy for days. It was very soothing and mentally stimulating. I'm also impressed by the soapstone carving crate; pretty amazing that one of the stones is already roughed out to give you a head start while the other one is intact so that you can create one from scratch. It includes a complete set of tools you'll need, including a pencil and polishing cloth. Also, this seems to be the only craft subscription on this site that is gender neutral and therefore is great for those of us who love crafting but aren't into "traditionally feminine" designs. There are lots of DIY crates, but this one is truly unique, and I hope they stay in business forever.
