Thank you for the feedback. While hoops can be used in cross-stitch, they are not required and many people prefer not to use them. As noted in our product listings, our boxes include an original chart, Aida fabric, all required floss necessary to complete the project, instructions, and a needle (2 needles for the non-beginner boxes). If for some reason you find that you need more floss to complete your project once you have begun working on it, please let us know and we will be more than happy to supply you with more! The box didn’t come with instructions on how to do it, which could be a problem for beginners. The pattern was missing 10 lines of stitches between pages. The needles included were incorrect for cross stitching. Overall, disappointed in this box. It was a Christmas gift and I bought 3 months. Thankfully she is a very experienced in cross stitch.

All patterns are double checked for accuracy and do not have missing lines. If assistance is needed in reading a pattern we are happy to help! Needles included are # 24 cross-stitching needles and are designed for this purpose, however if you are accustomed to another type of needle this may feel different.
