Thank you for the feedback. While hoops can be used in cross-stitch, they are not required and many people prefer not to use them. As noted in our product listings, our boxes include an original chart, Aida fabric, all required floss necessary to complete the project, instructions, and a needle (2 needles for the non-beginner boxes). If for some reason you find that you need more floss to complete your project once you have begun working on it, please let us know and we will be more than happy to supply you with more!
