We ship for FREE in the USA. If the Post Office charges you please do not pay and let the package come back to us.
I wish I could help you but I’ve never encountered that. It gets delivered every month to my house without fail and I’ve never had to pay any extra money perhaps you should email them

I love this box!!! Each crystal came with a picture name card that describes the benefits and it's own pouch. This is great, as I often forget what my crystals are and what they do because I have so many. The pouches were velvet and had sea salt to keep the crystals cleansed from negativity.
