Caution. I cancelled this subscription in May of 2020 when all of a sudden I received an email that I was being charged and new box was being sent out in October 2020
On October 10, 2020 I made a mistake. I accidently printed tickets for canceled subscriptions. I contacted our customers and thought I solved the issues that were created.
This order was fixed once I realized what happened on October 11. The customer was contacted several times to ensure satisfaction, I never heard back. Until October 16, 2020 when I saw a 1*
Unfortunately the customer was sent an email stating something has been sent when nothing was, causing confusion and now a 1*
The customer has been notified that the order is canceled and assured nothing was sent. I also apologized for disrupting her peace!
Unfortunately I have messaged twice but it says it should have been delivered the 19 of Jan and now the 21 and I still have not received it. Would be great to have someone respond back at least
Somehow this order got stalled in the mail. Emails were responded to but not timely enough, suggested she wait until Monday, just to see.
The order was refunded, USPS tracking showed mail box delivery the next day. We never heard from her again.
