I ordered this on December 5th as a Christmas gift. This was marketed on Cratejoy's website as a Christmas gift. The listing stated the first box would ship immediately to arrive before Christmas. On December 10th I received an email that said my order will be shipping soon. A few days before Christmas I still hadn't received anything, so I contacted Culture Cakes. I was told the earliest my order would ship was January 4th. They claimed Cratejoy had altered their offer and given me misinformation. The whole thing seemed like a scam. The only good thing I can say about Culture Cakes is when I canceled my subscription because they made it clear they had no intention of providing the product/service that I paid for they did refund my money.

When I reached out and contacted the seller, she told me that the Culture Cakes boxes where not being used because "due to current shipping logistic issues in the world, we are not able to ship custom printed boxes consistently at this time." In response to the packaging, she told me that the photos on the page are "staged photography" and all items are laid inside the box. She then explained that "it sounds like the label sticker may have fallen off, as the other few hundred licorice powder packages had its label." At the end of the day, if that is the product that you are going to give, then there needs to be something in the description that states, your box will not be represented in the pictures and videos that you are advertising. This is the very definition of false advertising. I hope no one else has to go through the...
