Q: I subscribed to this prior to them using crate joy, I want to cancel and was renewed and was told that I can cancel at the bottom, but this site does not reflect that I am subscribed. Asked by Eileen S., February 2021

I was able to cancel mines but through the curly queen website. Cant do it through your cell you have to do it using a computer. It took me 2 days to figure it out but I unsubscribe. I was charge 2x and never no tracking number or boxes.

UPDATE: My friend was able to get another box shipped to her house within a few days. I was excited that the items were shipped carefully in the box as pictured. She is enjoying trying the products. Looking forward to seeing how the next box arrives.
I am so disappointed with the subscription. I placed the first order by the 5th of May (Like they said in the description) for a friend's birthday but she did not get the first package until June 18th. What she got was damaged and in no way matched the description and advertisement. The items in the bubble package were damaged and covered in gel. The description says 5-10 products. She received 4 items in the package. Maybe there was a 5th item but it was so damaged they she couldn't tell.
I sent an email directly to the company and I am waiting for a response. Not worth the money and it seems as though there is a false advertisement situation here.

I ordered the three-month subscription in May as a birthday gift for my boss. After going back and forth with them via email and hearing all about the pandemic slowing them down, being asked to “kindly wait” every time they responded, the first package was received. It is now FOUR MONTHS later, and I have not received the 2nd or 3rd box. They renewed my subscription and charged my card on time though! Even though I emailed them not to. They did refund my card after that, but I have yet to receive 2/3 of what I paid for. I received an email over two weeks ago that a package would be shipped September 1st. The tracking number provided shows that the label has been created, but nothing has shipped. This is very frustrating as it was a gift for my boss, and their delivery promises online are very misleading. I feel cheated at this point, and I would not recommend this crate to anyone. I would suggest finding an alternative crate if you are considering subscribing to this one.

It’s a great idea however I only received 1 package Which took a very long time to arrive. The next month my payment was auto pay and I did not receive any package I’ve contacted the company and Was told to follow the package tracking number which was never sent to me. I informed them and still yet to receive a response. And her we are approaching a new payment day and still haven’t received my package from last month (June).
