Charged me five times, and I only received two of the boxes. I contacted them multiple times through email. The first time it was promising "Give me your name and Ill help you out." the second and third time I received automated emails stating there was a death in the family and to contact at a later time. I decided sticking around to receive help was not ideal. I googled how to cancel this awful service myself, and went through with it.
Don't worry though. They'll charge you right on time every 11th of the month. Don't actually expect the product you signed up for though. Cool concept. Super shady. Would NOT get this again. Do not recommend.
No one responded back to me. I did not receive a refund. I went through my credit company and asked them to stop since they wont respond to me.

Charge me twice and I never received anything. Never responded to emails. Flushing your money down the toilet is easier and less disappointing.

I never received my first shipment in November. Then after a couple other issues, I cancelled this! I do not understand consequently, why I am receiving one now!
I communicated kindly at the time my unhappiness. I really want to try out boxes but if I cannot get them to cancel, this won't work for me!
I am hoping I am not going to find another months charges on my account. As I said above, I never received the November shipment that I did pay for!
Cancel my subscription please!
