Items do not match what they advertise

Sadly disappointed. We received 3 items crammed in a white plastic bag. A cup, a mouse pad with a picture on it in such bad quality, I can't really make out who it is, and a batman symbol keychain. That's it!
And that is it for us too, I canceled my subscription right after opening the bag :-(

Rockaby Collectables is a complete waste of money and customer service lack excessively. We were initially going to get a years worth of their anime box for my daughter. However their correspondence in regards to the late arrival and late shipping and lack of communication has forced us to cancel. I dropped almost 40 Canadian on a box that's not even in a box. For 5 tiny items easily found at a dollar or surplus store. Nothing unique about it except that the boxes came of mini blocks came in packaged in the bag. They put in a captain America mouse pad that's clearly not Anime. And then proceeded to need payment for second box after the first one still hadn't arrived. We ordered it Nov. 18th website stated it should be shipped first Friday of each month which was Dec. 1st. Nothing was receiver reached out to rockaby 2 times before I received a respond says it was shipped on Dec. 15. Christmas and New Year's passed receive a email on Jan 2 say it had been shipped also another email saying they would be taking payment out for next month. Still haven't received box. Jan. 4th we finally receive box with 5 cheap poor quality items 1 of which has nothing to do with Anime. Email them again no response. Emailed crate joy they responded with a reach out to the business. So I sent another email no response again. They took out the second payment and then I cancelled I would never buy from Rockaby Collectables again. Huge disappointment.
