Q: I noticed in one of the reviews one of the boxes is with seafood, I absolutely can not have it as I have an allergy to all seafood. Is there a way to either change that or even skip the box with that?Asked by Ruth H., July 2022
Hi Ruth, None of our boxes include any sort of seafood in our shipments. We do curate a suggested menu and occasionally feature a seafood dish but we would be more than happy to recommend another menu item for you!

It's a month-to-month subscription.
If you wanted s single month you need to cancel your subscription. The other options allow for a discounted rate for pre-paid orders.

We ship between the 16th and the 21st of each month. Orders placed after 7:00 pm EST on the 13th (8:00 pm EST during Daylight Savings) of the current month will ship out around the between the 16th and the 21st of the following month.
Your subscription renewal is charged on the 27th at 7:00 pm EST (8:00 pm EST during Daylight Savings) of the last month of your subscription term.
Shipment transit time can vary. We estimate that once shipped, your order will deliver within 3-14 business days based on your shipping location.

This hasn't been a bad box. My boyfriend and I have enjoyed the ones we have received. I was paying for a 3 month subscription. The problem is since my last renewal, I haven't received a box. The last box I received was on April 25th. I never received and email or tracking info for my May shipment. And now it's almost time for June boxes to be shipping out. I have emailed the company and failed to receive a response. So I emailed them a second time. If I don't receive a response to this email, I will be canceling my subscription and filing to get my money back from my last reneweal.
