The product and packaging are wonderful! But there has been two times that I have had to reach out and ask where the box is. The very first one wasn't sent out until I reached out to them and the final box was stuck on "being prepared" for more than a week after the ship date. I reached out to them and I hope they can fix their shipping out issues.

However due to growing subscriptions we have had to adjust our shipping time frames. Our new shipping dates are the 6th for our new subs and the 8th-18th for subsequent boxes.
