No problems with the shipping. The box was nice, and arrived without any issues. I ordered this box as a special little Christmas gift to myself. From the time I'd placed the order until Christmas morning, I held it in my mind that no matter what, at least I know I have something to open that I know I'll enjoy.
I was absolutely devastated to open the box and find that every item I received was the exact opposite of my tastes. Not a single item was anywhere close to what I wanted. And while there is an included listing of the items and prices, it just felt cheap. It didn't feel at all worth the money to me, and I felt like I got a bunch of yard sale items or something.
Canadians/ International buyers beware. A secondary local shipping invoice from Fedex was generated after receiving my box, and shipping ended up costing more than the product. The contents are quality but the premium of international shipping was not worth it. Also the subscription was a gift so the invoice went to the recipient which was embarrassing! The curation process is a huge catalog of things and you are strongly encouraged to choose your favorites from an enormous selection of items. I opted not to personalize the order since it was a gift, but they noted in their system that those orders are filled last, and so it took over 6 weeks from my order date for my gift to be received. I'm comparing this experience to another less personalized box which I also gifted at the same time "Fangirl monthly". Shipping cost what was expected and it shipped within 3 weeks. I would recommend a Bibbidi box if you are living in the US and want to sift through a catalog to personalize the contents yourself.
Hi Amy! I am so sorry for your negative experience with the shipping, although glad to hear you thought the products were top notch! We have only recently began shipping internationally again and are still ironing out the details with our shipping provider. We are working on offering door-to-door pricing, since as we know lots of times when shipping products internationally the recipient country can sometimes charge additional duties and/or taxes on imports. Unfortunately this is not something we can control, and are deeply sorry that this impacted your experience with our company.

This was the worst experience I had ever had with a box, I purchased two subscriptions. The Imagination Box and the wizard box.
The Imagination Box for August was never sent and every time I asked I kept getting is being curated, until I canceled it and they I got, it must have been a glitch on the system. And they also refunded me September, so I guess they were not planning to send it either. The wizard box was sent late (August), and I was not informed that was going to be sent late until the day it was sent. The customer service is terrible, because they don't fully read the email nor the fully investigate the issue. I will see what will happen with the wizard box in September, but my own personal experience was bad... and it is too bad, because i really had high hopes.

Wizard boxes have different shipment cycles from our Disney themed boxes, so that is why it seemed late. They actually begin shipping a full week after Disney boxes have completed the shipment cycle....
