I like the product. The price really can't be beat! The first six months were great!
Except that they charged me like normal three months ago and didn't send me my last box. I thought that maybe they'd gone out of business or something, but then they charged me again yesterday. Kinda put a damper on things. There's no phone number, and the e-mail address they have listed is invalid.
Bottom line: If you like to sign up to spend money on a regular basis for product and customer service you're never going to get, this is the subscription box for you.
This box is perfect for what it is intended for and you cannot purchase the items within it at any better price than what Dollar Diabetic Supply offers.
I love this box! It is a lifesaver for my mom. It sends endless supplies, and they are very helpful.

I am very pleased with Dollar Diabetic Supply. It's quick and almost painless. lol Before I heard of this company, I had to pay $50 a month for my supply, which meant that I rarely checked my sugar. I am now able to do so every day. The only thing that I wish they did was send just strips. I don't need to change my lancet every day. Sincerely, Beth A.
This company has no phone number, doesn't respond to social media, and doesn't have a functioning email.
I moved and need to update my address, but can't get in touch with them.

Product is great, but I just moved. I tried logging in to change my address and their website doesn’t work except for the parts that involve getting you signed up. There is no customer service number and the email for their help line bounces back my emails, but has no issue telling me they took my money. Why would they make it so impossible to do such a trivial thing? Don’t they want to keep customers?
