You can return it in the bag sent along with your box for an exchange. Just let us know and we will send you a return shipping label.
We pay for the return shipping for all plans but the standard. The buyer pays return shipping for the standard box.
I LOVE the pieces. I got the premium subscription and the clothes were well above my expectations. They're things I wouldn't normally buy, but that's the whole point of getting a box. Every items fits perfectly considering they're all from someone who has never seen me! My only beef with this box is the shipping. I'm in Canada and it takes FORever to get to me. The first box wasn't too badly delayed, but this past time I didn't get the box until the 21st of the following month and had to pay $42 duty (over and above the cost of the box). I've decided to pause the box for now until this pandemic is done and regular postal service resumes, but I would DEFINITELY keep it going in the future.
Really nice box I chose the primium box and got some nice pieces. Hope in the future they will ship internally.

My eyes nearly popped out of my head today when I opened the cute box. All of the items were wrapped in pink tissue paper. inside was a personal note. This company works so hard to bring you gorgeous items that are of high quality. One item was ticked at a price that exceeded the price of the entire box. I'm so happy with my purchase that I may bump up my subscription. Photos of the items and a try-on will be uploaded on my all of my social media platforms so you can see what a wonderful job, Lisa did for me!

I bought the standard plus box for the very first time and i can honestly say that I was 100% satisfied with my box. Clothes fit right. Could have easily paid twice the cost of box.

A friend told me about Dressopedia. This is my third box. I love it the clothes fit right and I get a lot of compliments. Thank you.
The box used invisible wrapping tape to seal the box closed and that felt inadequate considering it was bulged a bit from the contents.
Mostly this felt like sending my grandmother to Walmart with money for clothes. Sizes were a bit large when I tried one of the dresses on, though I appreciate the note that the sweater runs in strange sizing so not to stress the label. One item was just a solid color (teal) long sleeved, crew neck shirt. The intake questionnaire asks many good questions, so this felt almost random.
I feel like any of the descriptors they ask for were ignored and the quality of half of the items was subpar. The items pictured on the Cratejoy description page are not reflective of the experience I had with the box. I should have guessed given they are not boxes being curated, previewed, or opened, just stock photos of clothes.
The choices also definitely didn't create an outfit of any kind or appear to coordinate.
I'm glad I tried out a new business. If you're considering signing up, maybe reaching out to your stylist or providing a bunch of social media examples is the key to personalization.
I am sorry you were not glad with your box. We try to make every experience a great one for our subscribers. As for the box being wrapped with tape that may have come from the post office but that should not be such a bother unless if the clothes inside were damaged but obviously they were not. Maybe that bothered you but you should not have let a wrapped box color everything else. The plain top was of one of your favorite colors and the others followed your description of how you like your clothes – XL on top and Small/Medium below. Hi, I received all my items in the wrong size (x-small) and I needed them in medium. I tried contacting Dressopedia and nobody responded. I can't wear any of the items.
We already responded to you from 4 days ago and sent you your profile/order link showing you ordered XSMALL. We sent you the size you ordered although we are happy to change this out for mediums for you and have sent you the return label. We hope you will either delete this review or give us a review we truly deserve.
This box was just OK. I would probably wear the long cardigan, but I am not into short cardigans, I might wear it though. The dress was definitely not my style. The red blouse I will probably wear with leggings. Overall I wasn't pleased with my box. I would like to see either a mix of different clothing's or a full outfit.

It’s been several months since I signed up and I haven’t received my first box yet but I’ve been charged $300 in $100monthly since beginning of July and I just had a baby so it’s hard to spend money on myself like that to begin with and nobody has had the courtesy to contact me let alone try to make it up to me.
Congratulations on the new baby! it's not been 3 months,not even 1 month. you ordered box 7/15 - missing our July ship date. 2nd charge was due to a glitch here on CJ it renewed your box untimely. All together charges are $198, for 2 boxes not $300, please see account.
