Hi, I received all my items in the wrong size (x-small) and I needed them in medium. I tried contacting Dressopedia and nobody responded. I can't wear any of the items.
We already responded to you from 4 days ago and sent you your profile/order link showing you ordered XSMALL. We sent you the size you ordered although we are happy to change this out for mediums for you and have sent you the return label. We hope you will either delete this review or give us a review we truly deserve.
It’s been several months since I signed up and I haven’t received my first box yet but I’ve been charged $300 in $100monthly since beginning of July and I just had a baby so it’s hard to spend money on myself like that to begin with and nobody has had the courtesy to contact me let alone try to make it up to me.
Congratulations on the new baby! it's not been 3 months,not even 1 month. you ordered box 7/15 - missing our July ship date. 2nd charge was due to a glitch here on CJ it renewed your box untimely. All together charges are $198, for 2 boxes not $300, please see account. We contacted you twice,offered to make a refund of glitch payment but looks like you had not checked your email box for a while before leaving this review - but you have just responded to our emails so you must have seen them, We hope you will take another look at and make adjustments to your review.
