When you place your order, you can enter the address where you would like us to deliver the first box and then we can arrange to send subsequent deliveries to a different address.

I ordered a three month subscription as a Christmas gift and unfortunately only one shipment has been delivered so far. I understand that COVID has delayed shipping for everyone but we are coming up on five months now. More disappointing than the shipping however is the customer service. I contacted the seller about my concerns and received a generic email back about my movie preferences? No response to my latest email.

Films are selected that aren't in the identified Genre. Ships from the UK and does not send DVDs that are playable in the US. Have reached out to the Seller to see if we can get this resolved. This subscription was for my movie buff husband who is extremely disappointed in the process so far.

Brilliant movies by Mail! I Have spoken to some of their support operatives each one has been very nice indeed and have always solved my issue fast. The only thing that lets them down is the posting however with the pandemic going on this could be why there is a little delay in receiving the goods overall I am impressed!!
