Ordered box Dec 15th as a gift. Still haven't received a box 2 months later. Last update was an email sent on 1/29/19 stating wrongs books were received. After already being told the books were being delivered late. Not a great gift. I ordered 4 other box subscriptions om same day and each one is about to mail out the 3 box. I have read previous reviews about missing and late boxes so this seems to be a recurring problem.
I signed up for this box in January (and was charged for it) fully aware that I wouldn’t get a box until February. End of January I receive an email stating that my subscription will renew February 1st. I send a message on Instagram asking them if I will be charged again even though I had just signed up and already charged and they told me not to worry about the email. February 1st comes and I have an email saying my subscription renewal had gone through, so I check my bank and sure enough the charge had been made to my checking account. I then messaged them again on Instagram stating that I didn’t mind having a double charge as long as I got January’s box, as well. If not, then a refund would be nice. No response. I emailed the gmail account they tell us to email twice and still have no response. All while this is going on, they’ve been posting on Instagram about their boxes and customer problems. It’s very stressful and aggravating.
This box is cute. It has some great products but is definitely meant for teens sometimes. I like the effort that’s put in!
