I ordered my box Aug. 8th which made the first box I recieve the September box. That was fine but it is now October 4th and I have yet to get my box. In the meantime my subscription would have renewed twice already without recieving my first box yet to even see if I liked it. I recieved an email saying shipping was delayed and if you haven't recieved any tracking number by the 3rd contact them. I have and with no response. I was really looking forward to this box from watching all the YouTube unboxing videos. I might still be happy enough to renew if I ever get my box. I am not happy with the wait time or lack of response.
The owner is really helpful and answered my millions of questions without a problem. I’ve had many bad experiences with subscription boxes but haven’t had any with this one. I love this box and all it’s goodies! It will be one that I stick with. You can really tell how much the owner cares about her customers.
Paid for a 3 month subscription, first month box was delivered in the following month. Understood that would happened after it was questioned. Cancelled the subscription but was never reimbursed for the 2 other boxes. Thinking she was going to send the 2 other boxes but August came and went without one. Was amazed that no refund was offered for the two paid for boxes that have not showed up. Be warned.
