Any damage from shipping should be reported to EC in the first 10 days after the box arrives.

You have to return the items in their packaging (unopened) within 30 days of delivery. If you ordered the box more than 30 days ago, they give you store credit instead of a regular refund.

I’ve always looked at “artsy” things at the store but were to expensive for what it was. So I tried this because you get more then what the box is worth. Now I’ve had it for two years and I love getting a surprise in the mail.
