Our coffee of the month for April is our 6 Bean Espresso. A house blend specifically intended for espresso includes a moderate mixture of acidity and a fruity flavor blend from Kenya and Ethiopia. Indonesian robusta beans are added for an even crema with an added bonus of extra caffeine

This coffee is from the smallholder farmers of the Sidama Zone within the Sidama Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (SCFCU). Shade-grown in low densities and following The Sidamo natural process ( unwashed) providing a tasting profile of fruit flavors, low acidity with a rich full body.

Our Coffee of the Month for July is our single origin Costa Rica Medium Roast (Ground 12oz). Considered the 2nd largest region producing the nation's coffee Alajuela is located towards the Northern-Central region of Costa Rica and is known for its steep slopes. With the majority of the coffee grown and harvested at 1,300-1,600 meters. This natural coffee will have more of a syrupy body with much more fruit character; berries, citrus, grape.

Our Coffee of the Month for August is our specialty blend Max Caf Medium-Light Roast (Ground 12oz). This custom creation high caffeine house blend; specifically geared towards anyone that needs that extra boost in the morning ( or evening!). This blend is created with arabica beans from Tanzania with robusta Indian beans to create this high caffeine coffee.
