I set this subscription up several weeks ago and nothing was ever sent. It's stuck in this almost ready to ship mode since the first week of August, we're now into September. I gifted this box to my nephew for his August birthday and now I have told him his gift in on the way several times. I reached out to the seller with no response. Very dissatisfied with this service.
First of all my sincerest apologies for any issues and I would love to assist immediately. I also apologize as I have no record of a communication regarding this issue. When I check the shipment tracking, it says the packaged was delivered on the Front Porch/Doorstep of the recipient on August 10 at 10:37 am. I will follow up with you via email to see what we can do to rectify this issue.
