I found these boxes very depressing

Still have not received my box and it’s June 15th.
When I heard about Faithbox, I was excited to use this service to dive deeper in my relationship with God and grow closer to Him. I felt that a monthly box in addition to my daily devotionals were a good way for me to get the tools I needed to do just that. I wish now that I had never signed up for Faithbox.
I placed my order on 11/26 and the funds were immediately taken from my account. The package was shipped on 11/30 via USPS and never seen again. Supposedly, the package has left the PO in a city 20 minutes away from me...but, it's been 4 days since that has occurred and nothing. I've contacted Faithbox support to alert them to the issue and have been receiving parrot answers giving me information that I already know from the USPS tracking site. No one has even tried to offer a solution even after I asked if a new box could be sent to me or a refund issued for the December box since I realize now that USPS has lost it. I've even been told by USPS that if there hasn't been any updates after a certain point then the package is likely lost.
The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. To me, I feel like this company is in the business to simply make money while hiding behind the idea of helping people to grow in their...
All I got was a small brochure book? What the heck? It was supposed to be a box filled with faith related items. Very disappointed. Glad I cancelled!
I've free received this for two months now and have been disappointed both times. I'm giving it one more month. On a positive note the box has arrived consistently. The contents are minimally faith based. There's a devotional which is really just a collection of daily readings that you can watch for free on their Youtube channel. Then there's a book that is sort of faith related. Then useless junk like a cloth cozy that goes around your coffee cup (I don't drink coffee and if I did I wouldn't carry around a band with me to slip on my cup when I bought a cup at Dunkin' Donuts). A packet of tea (don't drink tea) that makes a quart or two of iced tea. A stress mask. A lump of putty (for stress relief - anxiety is the current month's topic; last month it was joy). A tote bag. You get the idea. The cost of the box just went up $4.99 for new subscribers, existing subscribers are exempt from the price increase so long as they continue their subscription and don't stop it then come back.
I never received my box
My first box was great but the following one was great disappointment. (also the third)
The boxes that followed the first contained a small devotional booklet and a mix of unrelated items.
A booklet explains the source of these items which may be good cause But they feel like filler. This month: a tin cup, coffee mug sleeve, chapstick and a candy bar.
Last month I requested a cancellation. No reponse. Maybe this review will at least result in a response.
First let me start by saying I love their product, there mission, and ideology. BUT their business structure and customer service is appalling. There options to purchase as a gift are lacking I couldn't even put a note in there so when my mil received it She thought it was something promotional and had no idea I had sent it. I use several different monthly subscription services just like this one and none of them have shipping as terrible as faith box. If you make an order arte there cutoff date the box won't be shipped for over a month from purchase date. No where does it give an estimated shipping or delivery date. The communication from when you purchase is 0 until the box ships which could be over 6 weeks from purchase date. Also, if you don't cancel your subscription before the first of the previous month you'll be charged for another box even after a subscription is deactivated. And there is no communication about this. No way to see a box pending, no projected delivery dates (until the box actually ships), and if you do contact them expect delayed responses and vague answers. You have such a great platform and could have an amazing service, but need to seriously restructure the way you order, ship, process orders- including gift orders.
