I have mixed feelings about the Faithbox. Like I do most often, I subscribe for three months. Honestly, the third box was the best one of the three (this was just delivered May 6). The first one was okay, the second one was missing an item they couldn't get due to shipping from China with no guarantee to either add an item to the next box or to give a partial refund.
As to the quality of items, most were fine - each included a book, a small piece of jewelry or other small decor item, and then some miscellaneous items. And each was themed.
Here's the thing - I'm not an evangelical. I attend a more liturgical church so I should have known these items wouldn't be the best fit for me. And, although I am your standard Christian in belief, the more evangelical flavor is just not resonant.
I did cancel after the three months as I'm now with three books that at least in two cases, I know I won't read and I have some small in scale jewelry that won't work for me. I'll try and find good homes for the items I'm not thrilled with (e.g., the jewelry would fit my 9-year-old granddaughter better than me, so I think we're good on that score).
So if you're coming from a more evangelical orientation, you'll probably like faithbox just fine. For me, it really didn't work.

I cannot comment on the quality of the product, but the method of shipping is extremely poor. It has been five weeks and still no expected delivery date.
We are truly sorry for the delay in receiving your first box. Since you ordered at the end of November your shipment processed after our team returned from the Thanksgiving holiday. Our shipment providers are experiencing slight delays due to having to fulfill a greater number of shipments caused by the increase of online shopping during the pandemic.
