If I could honestly give a 0/5 I would... I ordered a box February 11th and have still yet to receive the box... It was originally a gift for a friend for her birthday, I have now had to go out of my way to purchase ANOTHER gift for her because I clearly cannot rely on this to arrive. Also would like either the package or a refund, considering the disappoint I have had to deal with. Especially considering I've ordered from Canada and had to pay more than it would cost in USD. Ridiculous service considering they can't even dispense the product out at all. Literally just want my money refunded at this point.........

So far I've had two payments taken out and have yet to receive a single thing...... now I see on their Facebook that they won't be able to ship a June box....how about shipping your April and May boxes. They don't respond to messages or emails.

I have had this subscription for three months so far. Each box is coming later and later. I have not received April's and it is May 15th but am being charged for May already. Last box was missing an item. I have to search social media that I don't use to get updates and even then they block it so you are really left in the dark. I do like the boxes when they come and the items are great. I don't know if they have enough staff to support this business.
