Subscribed for 9 months

Failed to cancel my subscription when requested, continued to send boxes, had to email twice more before they cancelled, and have refused to refund for the additional months after they failed to process the cancellation. No acknowledgement that they made an error or apology for it. Even the gift recipient is frustrated with receiving boxes they no longer want. The initial 3 months was well received but the customer service is not good enough.
