Failed to cancel my subscription when requested, continued to send boxes, had to email twice more before they cancelled, and have refused to refund for the additional months after they failed to process the cancellation. No acknowledgement that they made an error or apology for it. Even the gift recipient is frustrated with receiving boxes they no longer want. The initial 3 months was well received but the customer service is not good enough.

It's a great box!! I loved that the sauces are actually spicy but they still taste good! Sometimes some sauces are spicy for the sake of being spicy but that wasn't the case and I was pleasantly surprised!! This is definitely a box that I would recommend to others
