It is free and will let you know what mail and packages are coming to you. I live in DC so I know your pain. It has helped me a lot. I also know when my flora bath products are coming that way.

I absolutely loved the products and the box. Only one issue. I was not notified when it shipped nor did I get a tracking number. Unfortunately here in New York City, I absolutely have to be able to track all my mail as things get stolen all the time off the porch. If they do not provide tracking, I unfortunately don’t know if I can keep this box. Luckily I was home today to grab it but if I hadn’t been, it for sure would’ve been taken off the porch.
The products smell amazing and are beautiful so I do hope they can send me tracking info on the next one.
This was a gorgeous box full of rare & wonderful bath & self care treats. I say rare because I frequent health shops and buy lots of organic body items but never really have access to dried fruit & flower concoctions. Makes my home feel like an exotic spa. Makes me want to hurry up and get my clawfoot tub installed so I can take photos of luxurious bath water. Anyways, LOVE this box, it's one of a kind. I subscribe to a few of the more natural bath boxes and this one is truly one of a kind. Very Happy! Also excellent customer service. Can't wait for the next one!!🥰
Let me just say this is my first box and I am in LOVE. It all smells sooo good. I was hoping to get a Rose Quartz to go along with this box as this month was the month of the pink full moon ... however i did love my box regardless to the point. You could smell everything before I even opened the box. Amethyst or Rose Quartz next box ? May is the Flower/Strawberry Moon. I am hoping to get some spring scents to relax in.
I ordered my package in the beginning of January and around the beginning of February I still hadn’t received it or any shipping information. I sent an email explaining to which I was told (two days later) that they would send me another box along with a bonus box with tracking number. I just received the box and shipping was exceptional from the date I received shipping confirmation, only two days. However, I’m a little disappointed in the products in the box. All three bath products smell pretty much exactly the same. The sugar scrub smells horrible and the body mist looks very greasy and unappealing as there are little fibers floating in it. I haven’t tried any of these yet but after smelling them I’m not sure I want to. Pretty disappointed in this one.
Update: I was supposed to receive a bonus box by the end of February to make up for the shipping and when I didn’t get it by March, I emailed again to find that they decided not to send it to me due to this review. No one bothered to tell me that they decided this although I was hoping the second box might have something in it that I did like and maybe I would’ve changed my review. I also would’ve just asked for a refund if I knew this was gonna happen, very disappointed I spent money on this. Horrible customer service and terrible products.
I ordered this for my wife, she doesn’t like it and doesn’t want it. I canceled it the next day. My card was charged for the years subscription and I’m having no luck getting a refund. I’ve sent a few emails so far with no response. Ordered in the evening and cancelled the next morning. My account shows cancelled, no refund.......
Your account has been refunded if you check your email you will see that I responded to you asking for a refund. Giving us 3 stars on a product that you never tried and purchased by mistake is not fair too our company. Being a new company we have made some mistakes but we will continue to improve our service and products.
