It's been 9 days since they said they'd ship my subscription. All they did was create a shipping label and it's been sitting there ever since.

I loved all the samples I received, but I didn't know that I was supposed to rate them to receive a larger amount of something similar to my tastes. I got a 3.5 oz bag in the mail of a tea that I cannot drink and do not even like very much, it gives me a really itchy throat. I wrote on my preferences not to include this specific tea in any shipment, it was Chamomile. I am disappointed because I paid 20$ to get a tea I can't even drink, it was a waste of my money for the month and I will just have to give the bag away to someone who can drink it.
