Hi Gina! If you order on the 1st of any month, your order would be shiped during the first week of the following month and would be delivered between 1-3+ days depending on your region. We use USPS Priority Mail to ship.

Our packets are premixed so your daughter wouldn't be able to separate the ingredients. We can definitely skip March's cookies and have her subscription start with April's instead.

UPDATE: Just baked my 3rd batch h of cookies. Now that I have a stand mixer, the recipes are not hard to follow and the results are amazing!!! Love my cookies and now I'm wanting ti try to bake even more goodies!
Yummy cookies but as a novice baker, I felt I was not prepared for the tasks included in the prep. I decided to buy a mixer to better mix the ingredients and had to leave out the icing as it ended up with the wrong consistency. Great concept for people with some baking experience but for a complete newbie it was more work than I expected
