I paid for a 6-month subscription at the end of November to be a Christmas gift. I still have not received the first box. I contacted Cratejoy and even they could not get a response from the owners of this box!! This is completely ridiculous!! I need to be contacted ASAP or I need to have my money refunded. It has been 3 months and all I have to show for it is stress. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR, they will not even respond to you. They just take your money and disappear.
UPDATE: After the negative review, I finally received a generic response saying they have been experiencing "shipping issues during the holiday season"...are you kidding me?!!! It is MARCH!! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau...it took you 4 seconds to take my money and 4 MONTHS for you to send me a generic response!!!
This subscription was terrible I ordered it as a gift and during a time when I wanted to give my friend some encouragement and it turns out that the subscription never came my card was charged but never received the product and I cannot get a hold of anybody to refund me or talk about the subscription where my product is.
I feel taken advantage of and deceived this is a horrible subscription I highly recommend turning to some thing else
I placed an order for a t-shirt subscription in December 2020 as a gift for my daughter. It is now March 25, 2021 and I have still not received anything. Customer service is awful if you can figure out how to even get in touch with them. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order anything from Crate Joy!
I can't review, because I ordered mid-December, and still have not received a "monthly" shipment.
This subscription has been a disaster so far. The last 2 months we’ve received nothing, and had no responses back despite my repeated attempts at contacting the seller. The 2 shirts that were received, back in July & August, were fine and my daughter liked them. The problem is, nothing since, and 0 response to inquiries....very disappointing, to say the least.
