Such a disappointment- - received the package and the box was opened (kinda the fun of the whole experience is opening the box). Contacted customer service to see if we could correct the issue, they could not get a new box in time and when I asked for a refund and said I would happily return the items they told me " I did not buy the box" and can return it at my own expense.... What???
Be warned---- TERRIBLE!

I have written the company since September 28th to change the size of the shirt in my daughter's box and they say they will but month after month the wrong size comes. Last month I was told they would send her the larger size, but it never came. She loves the box but is very disappointed when month after month she can't wear the shirt. I feel so bad for her.

I got my geekgear box today and I love everything that came in it. I’m a huge Harry Potter fan and this box is great for me.
