Although Watson and I did not really want to give up the October collar and leash with the little Halloween spiders, we were delighted with the November design. So far, Watson receives many compliments ... even when we visit our PetPeople pet store! Thank You
Awesome Concept/Amazing Customer Service

Purchased for my Aunt's beloved Pacey. First shipment was misdirected to a neighbors house and before the package was found I reached out requesting a replacement and Get Wagging was going to fulfill that request. Packaged showed up and unbelievably had ordered the wrong size collar for Pacey so now the package has been found but the collar doesn't fit. I contacted Get Wagging saying I would like to have the month's package reshipped with a collar of the correct size and that I would pay for it. For the third time in two days I not only received an amazingly courteous and understanding e-mail but a very timely one. On top of all that customer service Get Wagging shipped the larger collar at not charge. The concept is so cool but now working with such an awesome company has sealed my opinion that this is the only company I'll purchase gifts for our furry friends in the future. Pacey has been treated like a king and the shelter dogs supported by the program will also benefit from this amazing company. Spread the word about Get Wagging - in a day and age when I thought customer service was dead this company has totally restored by faith ten fold. Next step is getting a picture of Pacey in his awesome new collar. Thanks for everything !!

Love that Get Wagging makes it easy to gift your favorite pups in your life with monthly themed collars, and then they make it easy for you to donate the gently used dog gear back to pups in need at animal centers to help them get adopted. I get to splurge on my own pet and help others at the same time!
