Glass Moon Candles - Hand-Crafted & Personalized
- All candles are handcrafted in small batches so every candle burns beautifully. Each one is created from a soy-blend with a crackling wood wick so you have a better scent throw when burning. The crackling wood wick also helps warm the wax around the wick instead of just burning it off quickly with a tall flame that is more likely to happen with a cotton wick candle.
- Personalize your subscription with our quick scent preference survey during checkout. Choose between floral, herbal, food, earthy, tropical, masculine, seasonal, clean or a mixture of all your favorites. Update your scent preferences at any time during your subscription.
- Our New Moon box consists of (3) different melts. The Crescent Moon box is (1) 6 oz. candle. The Waxing Moon box is (1) 10 oz. candle and the Full Moon box consists of (1) 10 oz., (1) 6 oz., and (3) different melts! Each melt or candle will be chosen to perfectly match your scent preferences.

Q: How do the melts work? Do you put them in something?Asked by Melissa S., November 2021
Use any heatproof vessel you can place over a tealight or similar light source if you don't have a wax melter.
If you do have a melter, just use it as the appliance instructions indicate. Always place any melting setup on a heat-safe surface and don't use these when you aren't there to supervise, especially if there are children around. :)
Q: If I subscribe but decide to cancel later on how would I cancel?Asked by Heather J., May 2021
Hi Heather! When you sign up you will create an account. If you decide to cancel, you can just login to that account and tell it to cancel your subscription. If for some reason you can't do that, just email me at support@glassmooncandles and tell me you need me to cancel your subscription and I will do it for you!

I actually have no idea about the product because it is IMPOSSIBLE to ship to an apartment. I cannot get Cratejoy to help. I cannot get the Glass Moon Candle club to help. I purchased a 6-month subscription for my stepdaughter. She has received NONE of them because it is impossible to add Apt. 922 to her address for shipping. So, that was $68 thrown to the wind. And shame on me for trusting that after I noticed and asked for it to be fixed that it was. It was not, the subscription is all but over and NO CANDLES at all were delivered. So, all I can tell you is that I have no idea what kind of product it is. I can tell you that you can not reach a human at CRATEJOY, so there is that. If you have a problem, you will not get help.
My sincere apologies. I have been getting your boxes back and tried to contact you, but we don't seem to be able to connect as I didn't get a message from you either until this review. I want to make this right so I can either remail all the boxes you've gotten so far to the address with the apt number, or I can refund you. Let me know which you prefer. Again, I'm very sorry this is happening.

I've only been subscribed to the wax melt box for a month but I've already fallen in love with them. The selections were on point and I really enjoyed all of them. The 3 that I got were Rain Water, Four Leaf Clover and Fresh Cut Roses. The strength of the smell varied a bit by the type; in my opinion the rain water was the strongest while the roses was weakest. But, they were all in a comfortable range where I never felt either underwhelmed or overwhelmed by them. One thing that should be noted, however, is that these scents seem to linger for quite a while even after you've turned off the melter. If you're a person who likes to have a lot of different smells in the same day, then you might want to air out your room well in between the switches.
