Due to COVID-19 our new boxes took much longer than anticipated. However they are now available and all subscribers will receive their items in boxes, minus the occasional item that is too large for a standard box. Those subscribers will receive a branded envelope.
Q: Does anybody know what the OTF knife box is? As in, whats in it, how many items are in it? I mean I know OTF knife is a switchblade but i'm more interested in whats all in the $67.15 OTF pack.Asked by Erica B., June 2020
Our OTF tier included 1 Out The Front knife. Generally with a retail price from $80-175 USD. Each month you will receive a new OTF knife.

I really hate to leave this review because I think this is a cool subscription, but nobody has reached out at all to help me out. I ordered the 3 month premium subscription box and received 2 boxes right away at the beginning march that had the same stuff in them. I thought it was an error but when I check my subscription it said I've received 2 out of 3 shipments. I immediately emailed the support and left feedback for the seller through the website, but still haven't heard anything. I've offered to send one of the packages back, but no response. Also kinda weird but the items don't arrive in a box, just loose in the package,

Love this company. The initial shipping can be rough getting going, but once you do you’ll be happy!
The knives I received in my first box were of good quality and from brands I recognized. The problem is in the fact that I was sent the exact same knives twice and my subscription ticked up as 2 deliveries made. I have sent 2 emails to the company, asking how to return the second shipment and to have the subscription count reset but I have received no response to date.
Update: Once I did hear from the company they found the error and are attempting to make it right. Contact took a while but, once made, they did work quickly to fix the problem. I will update once again when it has been resolved.
Update 2: I have cancelled my subscription. Even though another shipment was made to me they wouldn't replace the doubled up knife shipment until I renewed. So I do have 9 items as per my subscription but the customer service left me hanging.
The knives are nice, a little flashy for my taste. I'm very utilitarian. But thats not to take anything away from the knives I received. They are all very sharp and very well made. I look forward to next months box...

We recieved our 3 knives shortly after signing up. We love all 3. Sharp, stylish, easy to use, and seem to be well made. Can't wait till next month.
My husband loves this! He can’t wait to grab the new knife from our PO Box. Super neat and different knives. Got him 6 months and every knife is so different. Great quality!! And a fun little gift shows up sometimes with them!
