I paid them weeks ago. Contacted them and they said they were behind and I said that was fine. They promised to send the box that weekend. Here I am weeks and weeks later and no box just excuses. I want my money back and I want to cancel my subscription! I have a very disappointed grandson and that makes me angry.
I ordered this subscription 2 months ago. After a couple weeks of not getting my box, I reached out, several times. The owner said her and her husband were very busy and were behind on all their orders. Okay.... No heads up to her customers? After some haggling, she gave me a small, partial refund for my box, as I STILL wanted the subscription, she sent me a tracking number. Over a week later, I checked the tracking number, wondering where my package was AND SHE NEVER DROPPED IT OFF TO THE POST OFFICE!!!! My subscription renewed and i still haven't gotten anything. EVERY OTHER SIBSCRIPTION from cratejoy has been amazing. Responsive asap, accommodating to broken items, sending the shipment next day air, adding items to make up for the inconvenience, yet this owner hasn't done ANYTHING EXCEPT MAKE EXCUSES!!!! very dissapointed and I will be finding a different pokemon subscription for my son from someone more professional!!!!!!
I never received a single item and no one would respond to my messages. Would like a refund.
