I am so happy with this basket. The snacks are unique and look so tasty that I want a basket for myself. I gave it to my assistant as her retirement gift. It is beautifully packaged and I’m proud to give her this gift + it came in a beautiful basket like it is in the product photos!

Complete false advertising! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They sent me a $39 crave box from amazon (it literally says crave box on it) and I had ordered the $100+ luxury gift basket with international products. Nothing like pictures and description here on Cratejoy of the Gourmet Food Club subscription. I received a few cheap snacks in a brown box and the company is holding my money saying that the delivery was complete. The brown box didn't have the promised international meats, cheeses and snacks not to mention the gift basket wasn't included. I have been communicating via messages through Cratejoy to get this situation corrected for either a full refund or have the correct item sent to me. The company is refusing because I opened the box that they did send me to see what it was. It was an amazon package with not defining seller information. The only way to see what it was and who it was from was to open the package. This has been a horrible experience, Cratejoy seems to be supporting these practices, including having Bed Heart use other businesses products, at a marked up rate without that businesses consent. I suggest anyone who is considering this subscription to stay away from ordering anything from this company. They lack business integrity and falsify they information.
