Sorry for any delay in communications, but it appeared that you sent your email directly to Cratejoy and not us (Gran Havana Cigar Club) when this happens there is a long delay in correspondence as your message must be forwarded a few times. we have hence reached out to you and are more than willing to help make amends.
I reached out to the maker of this box a few times to get tracking information and I never was given it. I sent this as a gift and was led to believe I was purchasing a nice box but instead this is how it arrived. Misleading description by them.
