Q: Are there enough supplies for 2 kids to use this box or should I get a 2nd subscription?Asked by Allan G., September 2020
The box is created for a one child, one adult activity. But we try to include 3-4 activities so you could have them share. They would just not be doing the same project.
Q: When is my subscription billed?Asked by Allan G., September 2020
You are billed when you place the order. If you chose to buy month to month, you will have the option to renew on the 11th each month and will be billed when you renew. If you chose multiple months, you will have the option to renew on the 11th after your multiple order has been fulfilled.
Q: When is my subscription going to be shipped?Asked by Allan G., September 2020
Always on the first of the month. If you had an exception, feel free to email us and we will get it out asap.
Q: What is the last day that I can subscribe to get this month's box?Asked by Allan G., September 2020
Boxes ship on the first of the month. So right up until the last day unless we sell out.
We have been pretty successful in not allowing that to happen!
