Hi, there! If you order a subscription with us, you will receive the shipment unless you've asked us for a refund and full cancellation. So you can place your order before the last day of the month and you will receive the next month's shipment (ships on or before the 8th of each month). Thanks for trying Greek Box!

My daughter has loved getting these boxes and always FaceTimes me for the opening. The disappointing thing is that she gets holiday items several weeks too late. Y’all need to ship items before the holiday, not after!

We got the December one as a gift for someone. The idea for the box was very cute, as it was a sleepover theme, but I expected maybe a bit more for the price. It contained a oversize T-shirt to use as a PJ, a couple of stickers, and a single packet of classic Swiss Miss. A higher end or a different flavored hot cocoa, a pack of kettle corn, or even some Oreos would have rounded up the box much better IMHO.

VERY DISAPOINTED!
I was excited to order this as a gift, but have been very disapointed int he lack of customer service I have received after placing my order. I tried to contact the seller, right after placing my order, to provide an update to my shipping information and have had NO response after sending 3 e-mails and leaving 1 phone message. All I have receiced is a generic auto-reply from cratejoy saying I would be contacted within 48 hrs. It has been over a week and no response from the seller! This is unacceptable! I would not reccomend this cratejoy vendor!
