I am so disappointed, as this box was a gift for my son. I subscribed back in January, and was sent the initial box, which was wonderful, and which my son really liked. Then, when April rolled around there was no box, even though my card was charged, so I contacted the seller. And again. And again. With no response from the seller, I contacted CrateJoy and they contacted the seller directly, and we were then sent the April box. But guess what? It was the same identical box as the first one we got. And yes, it's a good box, but we didn't sign up to get the same exact box each and every quarter. So now, last month (June) I was charged for the July quarterly box, and it says that it will be shipped the first week of July. Today is July 7th and I have received no shipping confirmation of any kind. I contacted the seller, and once again, no response. If my son's box isn't sent out within the next few days, I am canceling and washing my hands of this whole mess. It might be a good box, but the customer service is awful.
Ordered a full year subscription for my Dad for Christmas. He received 1 box. It is now March...no other boxes have come! I look at the order history and it shows that boxes are being prepared but NOT SHIPPED and NOT RECIEVED. I am pissed because my WONDERFUL DADDY is disappointed that he's not getting his box. He really liked the items in the first box. One of the reason I picked this is because of the claim to be compiled by VETERANS. I'm am now hoping this is not a case of stolen valor!

I ordered 3 months work of boxes back at the beginning of May for my brother who is in the national guard. We only received 1 box so far, he absolutely loved it but the second and third box were reported to us as CANCELED by the cratejoy team! The send box says it’s being prepared but I doubt we will see it! Extremely upset. Can’t get a hold to the seller and I will have to report the charge as fraud to my bank!
My card was charged a month ago for my son’s second box. I have never received it and my account still says it is being prepared. I have contacted the seller twice with no response. I will have to report it as fraud to my credit card company.
This box did not disappoint. I was pleased overall with my purchase. However, I purchased 2 subscriptions, 1 for my husband, 1 for my son, and only recieved 1. I have sent 3 separate emails to address this since mid December and they haven't responded. Hopefully this gets their attention.
