Hey Maureen! The first box of a new subscription ships within 72 hours of placing the order. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday. Delivery times vary depending on the area of the country you live in, but orders typically arrive in 5-7 days. This will depend on the product. Some products we send never expire such as wood chips and accessories. The rubs and sauces generally have different expiration dates depending on bottle type (plastic, glass) and product type (hot sauce, bbq sauce, rub, etc). However I would say generally we get new batches made for our boxes and we would have the maximum amount of time before expiration (many months) that the vendor can offer with some exceptions.
